I immersed myself in the Bergelectric culture which continually embraces family values, teamwork and daily team building activities. My construction background started with human resources, workers compensation, fleet services and government contracting. What makes me successful is not the mastery of my work environment, but how well I can make a connection with coworkers and the general public, and I thank Bergelectric for providing me the resources to achieve those personal and professional successes daily.
