I started my electrical career with Bergelectric as an Apprentice 15 years ago, working my way up through the ranks to Foreman. What I like most about working for Berg is the family atmosphere and their safety culture, which goes beyond just following policies and procedures. Berg encourages us to take those extra steps on the job, rather than short-cuts, to reduce the risk of incidents.
