Fairmont Convention Hotel

Bergelectric’s built the 38-story, 1.4-million-s.f. Fairmont Convention Hotel tower in downtown Austin, TX. The tower now provides 1,066 guest rooms, and four levels of below-grade parking to the downtown Austin area.  Bergelectric was engaged in the design process from the very early stages of the project to establish preferred material, means and methods, and integration of their BIM resources.
